Individual Services -can be purchased when needed Many services including but not limited to: Assembling invitations/programs/favors-$25/hr Delivery of wedding/event items before/after wedding-$25/hr Setting Up/Attending bridal portrait session-$25/hr "Web Planner" $25/hr (payment must be pre-paid)-**Too busy to meet, we can consult over the internet** ***With the purchase of either package the Planning Consultation fee of $100.00 will be deducted. ***

Complete Coordination Include everything in the Week before Wedding Package Set meetings and accompany you to individual appointments Provide assistance & guidance in the selection of professional service providers All services listed in planning consultation and weekend coordination Call to schedule vendor appointments Attend 3 vendors appointments Create announcements for paper (optional) Assist with creation of menu, floor plans, music selection and invitations and programs Attend finalization meeting with each vendor Unlimited emails pertaining to your special day

Week before the Wedding Review and evaluate vendor contracts you have chosen Coordinate/confirm wedding vendors Create week schedule and/or detailed itenerary Send schedules to wedding party, family members and/or vendors Go over all details of wedding Execute all wedding/event plans with family, party and guests Reception coordination Coordinate activities-ex.Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Distribute last payments Return designated wedding items after the wedding Unlimited emails regarding your event (prompt response to all emails sent)
