Guidelines for Bridal Show 1. A Drop of Elegance shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to exhibitor, employees, its agents, helpers, and/or guests, which occur on or about any part of the premises including table space, regardless of how injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitors waive any claim against A Drop of Elegance, its employees/representatives and assures all liability for loss or damage to exhibitor's property. Exhibitor shall hold A Drop of Elegance it employees/representatives harmless against all liability or expenses arising out of any claim of injury,loss,death, and/or damage to any exhibitor, exhibitor employees, exhibitor contract workers etc. and/or property . 2. A Drop of Elegance reserves the right to demand the removal of any items which may not be in good taste with the show image. 3. Set-up for table space must be complete at least 30 minutes before the show. Exhibitor table must remain set up for entire show. 4. Exhibitors must only display or distribute their business materials. Non exhibitors materials are not allowed inside the show. Exhibitors cannot share their table space. 5. All displays must be free standing. Exhibitors are prohibited from attaching anything to the walls, columns, fixtures, windows etc. of the facility. A Drop of Elegance reserves the right to request items to be removed that interrupt with other exhibitor space. 6. Distribution of food and or other edible items are subject to approval by A Drop of Elegance and are subject to restrictions set forth by the facility. Exhibitors in the food and/or catering business are allowed to distribute samples. A description of edible items must be provided to A Drop of Elegance at least 2 weeks prior to event. The exhibitor who distributes the edible items agrees to assume liability and hold harmless A Drop of Elegance, its employees, the event facility, and representatives of damage or injury which might ensue by reason of such distribution. 7. A list of potential brides will be mailed to exhibitors 2 weeks after the show. 8. A Drop of Elegance is not responsible for any loss of business, profit, damage, including but not limited to consequential or incidental, or expense of any nature the exhibitor may suffer which include but not limited to lightening, flood, weather, earthquake or any other act of God, act of the public example:(civil disturbance, strike, lockout or boycott). If the event is cancelled for any reason A Drop of Elegance will reschedule date and/or location and will inform each exhibitor of the new information. A Drop of Elegance shall not be liable for loss or damage due to rescheduling and/or relocation of the show. 9. Reasonable precautions will be taken by A Drop of Elegance to protect persons and property during the however, neither A Drop of Elegance, , event facility, nor any representatives shall be responsible for personal safety of exhibitor or its representatives from injury, theft, damage of safety of property. Exhibitor waives claims against A Drop of Elegance for property. damage,perosnal injury, death, loss, and any other act. 10. All payments are final. 11. Exhibitor shall be assessed a $30.00 fee for any check returned by your financial institution 12. Guidelines may be modified at any time.
